Making a Booking
When messaging to make a booking, please include:

Bookings made at least 24 hours in advance are ideal to ensure Carmen can meet you at your requested time.
Location
First-time bookings can be held either at your own hotel, or at Carmen’s discreet apartment in Upper CBD. Prices are different for either location - please see Services page. Only subsequent bookings may be held at your private residence.
If you are booking in for Carmen’s apartment, the exact address will be provided on the day of the booking. There is plenty of on-street parking available.
For safety, Carmen will not accept bookings at motels, motor lodges, or Airbnbs.
Discretion
Bookings must be confirmed the morning of the booking.
Carmen will not contact you unsolicited, unless to confirm a booking or cancel a booking. Please let her know when making a booking if you would like these messages to be discreet - I.e. “Still on for coffee later?” / “Sorry, I can’t make it for coffee later”
If you are meeting at a hotel, before the booking Carmen will ask who she is meeting in the lobby and what they will be wearing. This is to ensure the public meeting is natural and discreet.
Payment
Payment is due on arrival. Cash only. Please bring exact amount - sorry, change cannot be provided.
Hygiene
If Carmen is meeting you at your hotel room, please shower before your booking. If you are meeting at Carmen’s apartment, she will direct you to the shower on your arrival. Good hygiene is mandatory for a comfortable and fun booking.
Boundaries & Consent
Carmen does not offer anal play on her (fingers, toys, or genitals), nipple play on her, or rough play on her (biting or hard spanking).
Condoms are required by law during penetrative and oral sex with Carmen and are a non-negotiable. Carmen will provide these.
At the start of your booking together, you will have an open conversation to talk through each other's desires and boundaries.
As much as we all love surprising our loved one, bookings cannot be confirmed unless both partners are aware of the booking being made due to consent. If you still want to surprise them, you can print out this voucher to surprise them with before you make a booking together!
Alcohol
Carmen is happy to partake in a glass of wine or two, however, if you are intoxicated on arrival, or become heavily intoxicated throughout the booking, Carmen will reschedule the booking and no refund will be offered.
